    Majak Daw

This bloke may be coming into considerarion, I am starting to read and see some good things!

He played a full game in the ruck on the weekend!

I currently have Richardson, Callinan, Smith, Darling and Matera up forward, this guy if elevated off the rookie list before round 1 could come in ahead of a Darling, Callinan or SMith!

Thoughts? Is he the next Nick Nat!

Yes he is the next Nick Nat

No he probably wont be a very good pick this year due to the big men already at the Roos

Think Petrie, Macintosh (Should be back rounds 2-4), Goldstein

He has been having a great pre-season so far but still lacks some footy smarts.

One thing to watch out with him is that he may be named round 1. That doesnt mean he will hold his spot once Hamish is back. But if hamish is out long term may be worth a look.

NB: Not available as a Ruck

Yeah Bailz is right, Daw would need TWO of Petrie, Hmac and Goldstein to be out for him to be guaranteed regular games imo.

Yeah I think Daw will need time to develop in the VFL, only injuries will get him a game IMO we have to many big men so Daw will have to wait abit longer before he debuts.
Definately showing some great signs in the NAB/Challange games but has abit to do before he comes into consideration.
Matt Crouch is my boy for 2016 season, can he dominate 2016? time will tell....................

Thanks boys, on the money as usual!

I think Im just getting a little nervous about starting fwd rookies! As Ive got Mzunga and Krack in the mids apart from Richo the rest are iffy!

    yeah Tony

Can't over think this its pretty risky.

Also having the two best forward rookies in the mids is a bit scary to. I have one of em up there and will switch em around

Matera looks pretty good as well up forward

    Re: Majak Daw

Just not viable because he isn't a ruck.

Richardson, Petrie and Harvey are all better options as NM forwards and just can't find a place for a guy who I struggle to see scoring more than 40 ppg. He hasn't shown a great desire to tackle, has very little footy sense and his follow up work is not going to win a lot of touches either, he basically will be hitouts and a few possessions.

He is really fun to watch but just not DT relevant for mine, not to mention awful job security.

    Bailz,
This is my rd1 set up ATM as Swallow and Harris are sitting on the mid pine (bye), this could change if Calinan and Smith dont look like starters therefore Mzunga goes forward and I look at another 100k mid(Wallis, Libba???)! Its gona be an eachway bet as to whether I go for a starter or a non playing mpp ie: Smith, Callinan!

May have to find some cash up for Prestia for mpp value!
