    Re: Round 17-23 Trades

Greene is so interesting in that his problem as a midfielder was entirely disposal related and yet since moving forward he's become a pretty classy player. Could be an option, they've got plenty of kids to go through there though still if they want.

Caleb Daniel could be available for selection this week, as per Bevo.

For anyone else who held, sounds like he might need one more week but a quick recovery nonetheless.

Mclean is a definite out this week, Bontempelli has ankle ligament damage and could also be an out this week. Would expect Libba and Daniel to come in if ready. Libba almost certain to be ready, Daniel probably a little better than 50/50. If Bont is fit, we might opt to make as few changes as possible, which might mean only Libba coming in.

Yeah my epic destruction list is starting to get absurd... Bont joins the list and the dream of ever getting rid of Brayshaw or B. Smith officially ends

FFS I was bringing in Bont this week for Coniglio. With Kelly also out, there's a big step down from him to the next available (probably Parker or Cunnington).
This post was more than likely SC based.
If in doubt, assume it was.

Just on Bont, we play on Sunday so he'll be named on Thursday and will try to train on Friday. He's currently in a moon boot to take weight off the ankle and probably won't train before Friday. After the Friday session, it should be reasonably clear if he'll be available or not.

Mail late tonight is Bontempelli almost certain to play this week despite scare. Relax, if you’re a Dogs fan.
Hope Stevo is right, need Bont to play with Cogs already gone.

Essendon debut for Will Snelling - average of 7.7 tackles in the VFL is the 2nd most of any AFL listed player to play at least 5 games

He's been a great pickup. Hard at it and classy in the VFL games I've watched. Hopefully he can bring the same game at AFL level.

    Re: Round 17-23 Trades

So I'm currently down to 2 trades and have Cogs in DT. Brayshaw should be my good midfield cover but he's pretty shit, averaging just 78 in his last 10. Unsure if I just want to trade Cogs to a midfielder and run with 1 trade with no forward bench cover and the backline having Logue/Naish combo. Other options are holding at least short term, play Brayshaw and as it gets a little closer, if nothing else hectic happens, then pull the trigger on Cogs. My other left field option was moving Cogs > Cripps (could try my luck with a Worpel/Robinson type to open up a mid/fwd link in the midfield to cover 4/6 starting forwards) and moving Logue > Silvagni. Silvagni with Gardner in the forward line would mean I've got someone I can swing fwd/back to cover 1 donut from those two positions. Currently has a 3 game average of 89 but that's boosted up somewhat by a 3 goal performance v Melbourne. Not really sold on this idea, espeically with Logue back in now, just been looking at some way I can try get some depth in my back/fwd whilst moving Cogs on.

I think if going to 1 trade then a multi position player is worth considering.

Need to trade Cogs. Who is the best option under 546,900?

Zerrett was probably the option but I missed him because I was at Spinoff so looking at Gaff and Yeo atm

I'm at the same price point. I'm going Yeo.

With that, anyone but Yeo and you should be right.

    Kennedy is a good option.

Only has 2 games for the year under 94. One was his injury game, the other was the return from injury game.
He played 75 and 79 mins in those 2 games, he usually plays mid-90s+.
Averages 113 outside of those 2.
