Carlton play late this round so you can loop a fwd rookie and get a free look at his score.

Can anyone let me know what Butters b/e is now.

might be thinking of using 1 trade in SC, a downgrade Z Butters to J Ross.

Port playing WCE in Perth, he might find it hard to get the footy if the game goes the way i expect it to.

Butters BE 48 in SC. Not a lot more money to come with the 23 rolling through his average.

That's what I was thinking. Has made almost 100K, might cash that in and start the bank rolling.

    Re: Round 5 Trades

Sauce to miss again this week, this will be O'Brien's 3rd match so his price will rise after this week.

Crows Science and Medical Services Coordinator Steve Saunders said a return-to-play timeframe for Jacobs was unclear, with the Club considering a number of options to provide the best care for Sam.

“Sam’s knee had shown encouraging signs of improvement over the last two weeks,” Saunders said.

“Unfortunately, Sam is still presenting with meniscal symptoms that have prevented multi-directional and dynamic training progressions despite other improvements in function.

“It is a complex meniscal problem with acute and longstanding or chronic pathologies involved.

“Sam will be re-evaluated by club specialists over the next 48 hours and we will provide updates as to his management plan as the Club’s medical team works through all options available.”

    SC: $136.8k, scores of 85, 84
    DT: $211.7k, scores of 69, 84

Wouldn't bother with him, though. Sauce comes straight back in when he's fit.
This post was more than likely SC based.
If in doubt, assume it was.

I agree that Jacobs comes straight back in when fit, the issue from the quotes above is that they're not sure when he's going to be fit. Clearly there are some wear and tear issues in his knee that aren't going away. It may be that they play him and just not train much during the week (ala Buddy), or it might be that he needs surgery that puts him out for 6+ weeks, or anything in between. Ideally if they could have a more definitive prognosis before this weekend, we might be able to consider trading in O'Brien as an R3 with a view to getting X number of weeks of price rises/cover/potential starting at R2 depending on your R2.

Inthemix article for the week usually a decent guide I find has
Clark, Atkins and Butters as all likely outs

I'd be surprised if Atkins was out, he played probably his best game last week. The other two I could see though, especially if Tuohy is available.

Parker with a be of 46 after 2 poor scores. Could use bines dpp and trade Parker (or setterfield) to Obrien.

Hadn’t thought about that. Interesting option.

    Re: Round 5 Trades

Anyone else get thrown when going from DT to SC? Prices are so different these days. O'Brien for example is 211k in RDT and a rookie ruck like Hunter is 130k so 81k difference. In SC, O'Brien 136k and Hunter is 102k so it's only a 34k difference.

I feel like that can't all be scaling and some of it has to be a different pricing system (which would be strange) but it really throws you when you're heavily focused on one comp, see player x and 600k and then look at the other comp and they're like 300k.

Any chance Lockhart returns this week?
