    Re: Round 10 Trades

Hurley does look great, think it's a good trade. Shame I'm too stocked up with guys from his bye round.

I'm bringing in Dusty this week. Need R12 mids and have been waiting for right time to jump on. Need to go early on one of Perryman or Greenwood though.

Just on Hurley, he landed heavily on his left shoulder during the game yesterday & was grabbing at it for the rest of the game - just check for more info that he is fine as he looked troubled by it during the 2nd half. He was completely dominant in the first half.

Thanks @Bunga will do. Saw the replay of it and hoping it was only a stinger.

What are people's thoughts on Hibberd for SC? Had one down game of 56 in 99, 5 game average. So has gone 124, 90, 56, 113 and 110.

If he can hold that, he is a very solid option at $437,100.

    Round 10 Trades

Yeah Hibberd is a great option, think he has clearly shown enough to trade in with confidence.

Edit: Meant to say, he is R11 bye so worth waiting for him. Will go up a fair bit in price but it's a cleaner trade.

Looking at getting James Stewart in for some forward rookie cash generation but I don't anyone to obvious to make way for him other than Eddy. I haven't seen Stewart play so is he going to be worthwhile going out of my way for in RDT?

I am pretty well balanced with my byes and would be trading Zak Jones up to him so the net effect on the number of players playing each round is zero. Zak Jones is actually a downgrade to Hibberd.

    Re: Round 10 Trades

Hibberd is rock solid, proven low end premium scoring and doing even better now (the game has become a bit more favourable to rebounding defenders the past two years also for SC purposes, not sure what the change was but look at all of them over the past season and a half compared to the previous few and they seem to have moved a bit higher on average, so 100 isn't beyond him.

@KickItToButch - thoughts on Pittard in SC? 458K currently, averaged 91.4 last year, scored 102 last week. Considering Marchbank >Pittard this week.

    Re: Round 10 Trades

Yeah I'm looking at Pittard very closely, particularly in RDT where he's averaging 96. Also a good price at 510k.

    Re: Round 10 Trades

The only thing I'd be concerned with Pittard is that the doesn't really finish off seasons that well for memory.

I can see why he's being given thought as he's perfect for the byes.

    Re: Round 10 Trades

Yeah would really like to bring in a Port or GC player as an upgrade this week (in DT) but there really isn't a plethora of options. Pittard probably the best down back followed by Harbrow & then possibly KK but would not trust any of those guys at all.

Gaj is probably the most likely target but pretty expensive. There's Ebert aswell but he's stung me doing this the first season I haven't started with him in like 6 years, plus he always slows down in the 2nd half of the year hence the cheapish starting prices.

Wingard is an option up forward given he's been playing pretty much exclusively midfield the last month & has gone 122, 85, 132, 98 in his last 4. Still priced under $500k aswell. Only problem being the same as the defenders. Just can not trust him. So, so flaky!

    Re: Round 10 Trades

Aaron Hall is a possible option in DT if you can bring yourself to stomach the bad games he's going to have and the potential to have a negative role change or to even be dropped.

Scored 54, 156 and 134 in his past 3 games (earliest to latest) so he's going to become a lot more expensive after this week and he's already $571k.

Hall did suffer a concussion in the 54 game but it was in the last quarter so at best he might have scored a 75-80 (he can junk pretty hard).
