Hampton to a def or mid rookie and Houston up to Heeney.

There's like 0 rookies this week, though. Unless McNiece returns.

Yeah hoping he returns or take a risk and go early on Myers. I also have enough to do the upgrade without the downgrade too.

Little bit tempted by Waite tbh

Hampton and Houston for McNiece and Waite is pretty much a $ neutral trade.

If you're OK with trading him out again in a few weeks after an injury.

    Re: Round 8 Trades

Kurt Mutimer on the bubble this week, rookie priced round 12 bye. Scored 58 SC v Port on the weekend. Playing half fwd mainly, not big numbers but playing a nice role so can be considered.

    Also :-

Nic Newman- 30 disposals, 153 #SuperCoach and 121 #AFLFantasy points in the NEAFL on the weekend.

At that rate of increase will be scoring 128 in game 4. Just wait until game 15!

What's his JS like Bunga? for these rookies coming in now JS is essential as you want them to play through up to their byes.

Just going one up this week. Loathed to go early on Myers given his injury history.

Our injury list is quite lengthy :-

    Duggan (thigh) test
    Partington (hand) 1 week
    Rioli (hamstring) 2 weeks
    Nelson (wrist) 3 weeks
    Petrie (hand) 3-4 weeks
    Lycett (shoulder) 4-5 weeks
    Cripps (ankle) 6 weeks
    Tunbridge (knee) Mid-late 2017 season
    Naitanui (knee) Late 2017 season
    Waterman (foot) Indefinite
    Watson (ankle) 4 plus weeks
Mutimer is playing the Cripps role as a small fwd/ mainly on a flank. His defensive work is solid & is a good size 184cms/81kgs.

Rioli is the only other guy that could come in to replace him but he will start in the WAFL first. So with Cripps out for 6 weeks, Rioli probably a month or so away from being fit for selection, Tunbridge out to late this year, I think Mutimer will get a decent run.

Only issue is if the selectors decide to use Duggan in that role - Hutchings was a late in for him last week & wasn't that great so I suspect Hutch will go straight back out for Duggan this week.

    Re: Round 8 Trades

Otten and Hampton out for Docherty and a mid premo. Plan was to target Selwood or Dusty as I need a R12 guy - so of course Dusty shows nothing and Selwood gets injured and has a huge BE.

Pendles is good value with a BE of 90, but has just one score over 100 in a month. With GWS this week and potentially a Coniglio tag, seems better to wait. Plus his bye isn't great for me.

Neale is clearly the form guy but the bye is awkward. Might be worth it given how good he is travelling.

Hanners and Cripps are starting to put it together but aren't at that trade in point yet.

Murphy did well on the weekend and is cheap at 525ish for a 117 average, but that recent knee issue worries me.

Sloane is going to drop a heap so no point paying right now.

That basically leaves three guys - Ebert, Gaz and Rocky. Ebert has been sneaky great this season, but like Gaz has the bye so no point bringing in. Rocky has been fantastic outside that one stinker, injuries always a worry with him though. Has a BE of 148 or so, but has the Hawks so would be a fair shot to hit it.

Leaning towards Rocky, but a lot of question marks on the mid premos right now.
    Only ever talking SC
