JLloyd looking a little precarious for the green. Can't see it going to anyone else unless Buddy is a late out and BJack comes in. Swans appear to have gone very tall so I wouldn't be surprised to see that happen.

Hallahan named as rover. Only a team sheet but still a good sign for his owners.

Cutlet named on the ground is a good sign.

If Lloyd is given the vest, do people still trade him in? I'm not sure I will if that's the case.

    No.

If Sydney have no late changes, I can't see how Lloyd avoids the vest - those suggesting Cunningham, he has not been the sub yet this year. Lloyd for mine is the clear candidate to get the vest if no late changes.

Yeah given he's just a short term cash option, not worth it.

Will look at Acres possibly if Lloyd is the sub as I'd like that extra cash in hand for next week.

Georgio, Pyke, Mitchell are all out from last week which leaves me with 15 players for the round. Not going to be a good week

If cash generation is your focus just bear in mind that Hallahan and Acres will only give you one price raise between now and Rd 10. Assuming Lloyd holds his spot, you'll get two. Even a sub affected score plus another game in Rd 9 may be enough to generate more cash. If you're lucky enough to have 19 or 20 players this week, Lloyd may still be the go.

    Re: Teams Round 8

Lloyd is only worth trading in if he doesn't start as sub, if he scores a 20-40 this week it would cancel out last weeks score and destroy the extra cash generation.

I'd say he is probably 75% the starting sub right now. I'd give a 5% to Cunningham or Bird, about 19% to Buddy as a late out with BJack in as sub. 1% Longmire does Longmire things and goes with Sam Reid as the starting sub.

Would be shocked if Sam Reid isn't the red vest unless there is an injury.

    So yeah, doesn't look great.

Think that Acres and Hartung look better options, Hartung probably just as likely to be starting sub though looking at the Hawks side. Hallahan, Cheney, Duryea and Langford are all outside chances but gun to my head I'm going Hartung every day.

Acres looks perhaps the best bet as long as you can afford that round 10 bye (which seems very likely given you should be trading out of basically all non-premium r10 guys by then.

Pretty sure I will go Ellis > Hartung/Acres (starting sub will decide) and Impey > Ambrose this week. Banks 200k, gets me hopefully a better forward score and similar mid score whilst protecting from two likely price drops.

I'm genuinely having a hard time picking who to upgrade next week!
